EverQuote - Terrible
Believe it or not, I signed up with Everquote because I read about it being a new young company and it had received some accalades from various groups. I am a retired attorney and represented lots of start ups, so I wanted to help them.
WoW, what a mistake. I got bombarded with quotes and requests for information from so many companies that it was overwhelming. Nevertheless, I signed up for this. However, all at once by personal information started popping up on the internet when I would be searching a site or reading my email.
I sent an email to Everquote asking them to stop publishing my information on the internet but received no reply, and as early as yesterday, my information is still being published, i.e., my name, address, phone number, email address, make of my automobile vehicle and other items. I also tried the phone number is there adv. and merely got a recording "there is no one hear to take you call, call again later. I am attaching a copy of a photo of what appears on the internet pertaining to my Toyota Highlander.
When you click on this message, all of my information is presented to everyone.
My advice, don't get anywhere this company. Bill Smith
Reason of review: Desiminated my personal information on the internet and won't respond to requests to stop it..
Preferred solution: Stop publishing one's information on the internet..

I too am having the same problem. Three months of those adds.
The car has been sold and l still get phone calls. I've sent out emails to whoever l though would help, I've gotten no were. It's a *** pour company to do business with.
If l don't get help from the parent company i'm going to start writing to the Insurance companies themselves. Nasty letters about how they too do business.
